Trans Trafficking
Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco)’s legislation to provide refuge for trans kids and their families, called Senate Bill 107.
SB 107 is co-sponsored by Equality California, Planned Parenthood, TransFamily Support Services, and Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis. SB107 has already gone into effect as of January 2023.
“As so many states work to erase trans kids and criminalize their families, California must always have their backs,” said Senator Wiener. “With SB 107 signed into law, California is forcefully pushing back against the anti-LGBTQ hatred spreading across parts of our nation. The rainbow wave is real, and it’s coming. Thank you, Governor Newsom, for standing with our community.”
The statement, made after the bill was signed into law, is in response to child protection laws being rolled out across the US. These laws, made to protect children from experimentation, mutilation, and sterilization, are being twisted as “anti-trans” laws, taking away trans rights. But why should this group of people have the right to sterilize children? That is not a human right.
What it means
The first section of the bill, of which there are three, “prevents California’s law enforcement from cooperating with any individual or out-of-state agency regarding the provision of lawful gender-affirming health care performed in this state. As a result, families will be able to come to California to avoid having their trans children taken away from them.”
This means that children can run away from their homes, to another state, and law enforcement is prohibited from helping the parents find their child if they are denying the child gender affirming care. This also means that if the family wants their child back, they mist uproot their lives and moved to California, where they would be forced to give the child hormones and surgery.
In part two, “It bars compliance in California with any out-of-state subpoena seeking health or other related information about people who come to California to receive gender-affirming care, if the subpoena relates to efforts to criminalize individuals or remove children from their homes for having received gender-affirming care. Some states are considering legislation that would extend their criminal prohibitions even to residents who travel out of state to receive gender-affirming health care.”
This takes away the rights of parents to know the healthcare their child is receiving if they run away. The child can seek gender transition in secret, out of state. This is a direct effort to undermine bills in other states which criminalize the actions of those who leave their state to seek gender affirming care for their child. It is an obliteration of parents rights and takes away any safeguarding for children.
According to part three, “It prohibits law enforcement participation in the arrest or extradition of an individual that criminalizes allowing a person to receive or provide gender-affirming health care where that conduct is lawful in California and to the fullest extent permitted by federal law. It will declare that it is California’s public policy that any out-of-state criminal arrest warrant for someone based on violating another state’s law against receiving gender-affirming care is the lowest priority for law enforcement in California.”
This means the California police won’t cooperate with out of state laws, and that sterilizing and chemically and surgically castrating children is legal.
Senator Weiner’s webpage goes on to tell more lies about trans discrimination, and falsehoods that trans youth “need” gender affirming care, or that they even exist. No child is born in the wrong body, and no one deserves to have harm come to them by doctors.
SB107 entices kids to run away to CA to get their body parts removed. It allows for gender mutilation without parental consent.
Trafficking
The bill seeks to “offer refuge” to trans minors and their families “if they’re being criminalized in their home states,” said state Sen. Scott Wiener on Twitter after Newsom signed it. You can see the tweet here.
The bill also authorizes a California court to take temporary emergency jurisdiction of a child when the child hasn’t been able to receive gender-affirming health care elsewhere, like in states were child protection bills are being enacted.
This is trafficking.
Children are being hidden from the parents in California and injected with hormones and given surgery.
According to Asaf Orr, a senior staff attorney and Transgender Youth Project director, “State courts around the country have the authority to consider whether to retain jurisdiction over a custody matter involving a child who recently came into the state,” Orr told Reuters. “This typically occurs in instances of domestic violence or other crisis situations. This law simply clarifies that courts should retain jurisdiction in situations where a parent brings their child to California so that they can obtain medical treatment for gender dysphoria.”
This means that not allowing a child to remove body parts is now considered child abuse. If a child is being abused, they can be taken away.
Copy-cat laws
California is not the only state trafficking trans-identifying kids. Several new bills have come out of other states offering the same thing.

In Minnesota, a trans-refuge bill was heard and ended with a vote of 68-62. The law would amend a portion of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act to allow the court to find, "the parent and child have significant connections with the state when the child is in the state for gender-affirming health care." It would allow a court to "find temporary emergency jurisdiction in a child custody proceeding when the child has previously been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care,"
This bill also calls gender affirming care life saving medicine, adding to the trans suicide myth and the lie that this is medicine at all. Under the law, "gender-affirming health care" would be defined as "medically necessary health care or mental health care that respects gender identity of the patient."
The bill has been called the “kid napping bill” by some, and provides a loophole for parents in custody battles. If one parent decides to trans their child and give them gender affirming care, they will win the child is a custody battle.
"This allows children, regardless of age, to seek and receive radical medical treatments that can cause sterilization, bone loss, loss of sexual function and brain development - all without their parents guidance and love," said Rep. Peggy Scott (R-Andover). "We used to protect our kids in the state of Minnesota… You can always move to California, they already passed these laws."

Thank you for compiling the list of bad actors here. History will not look kindly upon them.....
Slave trafficking, prostitution rings, oh great now trans trafficking! There isn't any moral code or a role model to look up to; people have become gods unto themselves. We have to keep up the good fight for what is right. The tide is turning against trans; they know it and that is why things are getting worse as they will before falling apart. All through history there have been horrible things done to people:; Hitler and his experimental surgeries on people, 1920 - 1950s lobotomies, The Spanish Inquisition of innocent people or the witch hunts of Salem, etc. Transgenderism will be one of the worst scandals in history! We who are against this are making a difference.
